Terms and Conditions

  1. The free prize draw is open to University students attending the following Universities: Hull, Leeds including Leeds Met, Nottingham Trent, Uclan, Bradford, Teesside, Liverpool including John Moores, Durham (Stockton campus), Salford and residing in rented accommodation.
  2. The winner will be drawn at random at the end of October, November, December, January, February and March by the Promoter.
  3. The winner may be required to participate in such publicity as is reasonably required by the Promoter.
  4. The prize is 3 months rent back in cash or cheque or money transfer (up to £1,000) provided that person is currently at time of draw residing in Kexgill owned premises and not in breach of tenancy terms which includes arrears of rental.
  5. Should the winner not be residing in Kexgill owned accommodation then a cash prize of £100 will be given, in addition should that winner the following academic year decide and sign up to a Kexgill owned property there will be a 3 month rent free period (less £100 up to a maximum of £1,000) during that year.
  6. No purchase necessary. To enter the competition entrants are required to provide email address contact information. Only provide your email address if you are happy to receive news, special offers and product information from time to time.
  7. The Promoters decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  8. There are no alternatives to the prizes as stated.
  9. The free prize draw takes place for 6 months October 2011 to March 2012.
  10. All entrants must be 16 and over.
  11. The competition excludes employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its agents or anyone professionally connected to the competition.
