We have been providing homes for students for over 30 years and in that time we have constantly improved our service. We have a fantastic reputation with both Students and Universities.
Two out of three students who can, always stay on to enjoy their third year with us, as appose to less than 10% retention by competing Halls of Residence.
Our own maintenance teams provide a 24 hour emergency call out service which means we can react quickly and decisively without the need to contact the landlord like most other agents. We also regard repairs as paramount; not only for your convenience but for ours too as we own all of our properties, which means you won’t be left months on end waiting for repairs to be carried out.
We have a great range of accommodation to offer from houses, apartments to small Halls of Residence.
All of our properties have double glazing, central heating, various security and safety measures which means you can lie back and relax.
We also offer fully inclusive packages to take away the hassle of paying bills giving you more time to concentrate on University life.
